Embroidery Production Artist

You love embroidery, t-shirts and swag. You are a creative, highly motivated and trainable go-getter with a keen eye for detail and a tech savvy mind. You’re interested in the world of custom embroidered apparel, have a desire to learn new skills and are excited to apply them in a high-volume production facility.
We’re searching for someone to join our ever-expanding Print Shop in Tukwila, WA to digitize designs, sew them out, run the machines… and burst into song (or dance) whenever they lay down particularly smooth satin stitch letters. Experience in embroidery is not required. We will train you.

We are a screen printer, promo product peddler, graphic design firm and warehouse/fulfillment center; but most of all – we are brand evangelists. We tackle every project with unbridled enthusiasm, promising that in the end we always make the Best Shirts & Swag Ever. For 6 of the last 7 years we've been named one of the Fastest Growing companies in Washington and now we are expanding in Ohio. Merchandise we've created can be found coast-to-coast on the backs of college students and corporate execs alike.
  • Monday – Friday required
  • Full-time position
  • Digitize logos/designs using Wilcom software
  • Run sewouts on the embroidery machines to test the digitized files
  • Research digitizing and embroidery to continually improve
  • Help with other needs in the embroidery dept

  • Experience in a similar role is NOT required. We will train the right candidate
  • Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
  • Working knowledge of computers, tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly
  • Highly motivated and trainable team player, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to uphold an excellent attendance record
  • Knowledge of embroidery, sewing, or experience vectoring images will make you a competitive candidate
