We are looking for an enthusiastic student with a strong interest in all things marketing. The perfect candidate has a professional demeanor, enjoys variety in their day to day work load, and thrives when working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.  This candidate has a can-do attitude, a creative mindset, has an interest and eye for fashion trends and understands the importance of meeting deadlines. 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in strengthening the Collegiate Marketing strategy. The Marketing Intern is responsible for continuous updates to the website’s Design Archive, Pinterest and social media. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of self-promotion marketing materials with help and direction from the Senior Marketing Manager and Collegiate Sales Director. You will aid in the execution and fulfillment of targeted marketing campaigns for our Collegiate division. The Marketing Intern will also play an intricate part in trend forecasting for the collegiate market. 

This is a part-time, paid internship requiring 10- 20 hours per week. The position offers some flexibility in start time and days worked depending on class schedule. 
  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager and Collegiate Sales Director to continuously update content on Design Archive, Pinterest & Find Greek 
  • Write blog posts based on collegiate content calendar (avg. 2x week) 
  • Draft marketing copy (to be reviewed) for collegiate marketing collateral 
  • Assist in the inventory management and organization of internal Marketing Closet 
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager and Collegiate Sales Director to update collegiate product mix on a quarterly basis 
  • Act as an assistant for marketing photo shoots 
  • Assist in seasonal trend forecasting reports 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 
  • Strong understanding of (or participation in) Greek life required 
  • Subject matter expert in all social media networks 
  • Located in Seattle, WA 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills –writing sample required during interview process 
  • Strong PC and data entry skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet) 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, departments, etc. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
